Ok... Let's see... One thing I want to improve is to concentrate on my studies and improve it and improve my Chinese. Real bad at it. Yeah.

Chapter 4: Algebra Puzzle

Let drum = a, car = b, cog = c

            3a = 6

            a = 6 ÷ 3 = 2

Therefore one drum = 2

            2a + b = 20

            2a = 2 x 2 = 4

            20 - 4 = 16

Therefore one car = 16

            2b + c = 36

            2b = 2 x 16 = 32

            36 - 32 = 4

Therefore one cog = 4

Ans: Drum = 2, Car = 16, Cog = 4

Post-Orientation Reflection

The 3 highlights are the Camp, Tower Building and Mac Attack

The 3 "low" moments are when we did not win the first during the tower building competition, we did not do the high elements because it was raining on the first day, and we did not win first prize for the skit.

My 3 greatest lessons are learning teamwork, trust and confidence.

I learnt that we must participate actively and co-operate with other people during group work, or the team will not succeed during group work.

I look forward to having fun while learning.

Today, I played some games which helped to break the ice between my classmates and got to know more about my form teacher and PSLs (Peer Support Leaders). I also learn more about the macbook and its applications. I chose SST because learning in this school is more fun and practical compared to the other normal schools. I hope to excel in my studies and CCA to contribute more fame to this school.
